Please be advised if you cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment without rescheduling you may be charged up to 35% of the estimated cost of your cleaning.
Please be advised if you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without rescheduling you may be charged up to 50% of the estimated cost of your cleaning.
Please be advised if you cancel the same day of your scheduled appointment without rescheduling you may be charged up to 100% of the estimated cost of your cleaning.
All Cancellation Fees are Charged at the Discretion of The Right Choice Cleaning Service.
Please understand, when you cancel 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment without rescheduling you may have caused a potential client not to book with us because you occupied a time slot that the client wanted. Furthermore, when you cancel same-day it affects our business through wasted gas, wasted time slot, and loss of pay for employees/contractors.
